On life and its vagaries

Night at sea shore

with 6 comments

Two small but pale fists

Hammers on my chest

And the wail of the still night

Begins to blossom within

The star light slants, shimmers

And passes me by

Stealthy drafts pounce on my face to die

The sea stands up, it’s green and viscous

Rocks lengthen-

Waving a whole prairie on the horizon

It’s a time of night at sea shore

That I dare no more!
