This star I have in mind has no connection with the Jews or their presecution. It is more like a star which brings forth life and not extinguishes it , say like our own Sun,, which is considered a yellow star. The Sun is in fact white, but appears yellow through the Earth’s atmosphere due to Rayleigh scattering, (whatever that is), they say. Other examples of yellow stars are Alpha Centauri A, Capella, Tau Ceti. My yellow star is rather one which rises inside our hearts I must say!

They say when the yellow star
Begins to shine
A new era is about to begin
And I have been waiting long
For some glimmer or sign
Which portends the same
Sad as it may seem
The sky looks blacker still
And the darkness still pervades
Oh my yellow star
Where could you be hiding
In that stellar cold storage?
I invoke you with all my heart
Come forth o’ yellow star
enlighten these gloomy skies
My world is so rent
And torn and is about to fade
Come o yellow star , come save my world…….
